I am admittedly a fall baking fanatic. When September rolls around, I completely subscribe to the all things pumpkin spice rule - no shame here. Nothing says comfort food to me more than donuts, and these baked donuts are the perfect combination of donut-y and cake-y (yes those are words now). Add in a 3 ingredient maple glaze and it's pretty much heaven. You can whip up a batch of these in 20 minutes, and your friends and family will thank you!
